Drive up to Glencoe to try and shoot snow covered mountains after the snow we had on Sunday in Scotland. I was hoping that when i arrived in Glencoe i would still have the blue sky to go with the crisp fresh day it was.
The drive up was pleasant with clear skies over Scotland and passing Loch Lomond was amazing a slight breeze over the loch not that great with doing any reflection photography.
The closer i was getting to the highlands and up to Rannock Moor the more the clouds were blowing in. I still planned to shoot the mountains might not have been as planned with blue skies but with the up and coming storm blowing in the cloud patterns would give a more dramatic scene for the photographs.
The reason behind coming up to the area was had a request if i had any snow covered mountains from Glencoe and felt this was a great opportunity to achieve this photograph.
Over the coming days i will add these to my gallery and look forward to hearing your response to the photographs.
Thanks for reading and viewing the photographs once they are on the website.
